On November 2022, Banksy has created seven new murals in the war-torn eastern European nation Ukraine. The artworks are located from Kyiv to Borodianka.

This artwork depicts two children are painted on blocks of concrete in Independence Square on November 2022 in Kyiv Region, Ukraine. A military roadblock made of steel girders, often referred to as hedgehogs, used to sit between the children, giving the appearance that the children were playing on a seesaw. The mural is one of seven that Banksy has confirmed painting in Ukraine.
